When you pay for EvidenceCanvas, Ceaselist or Kamasze.com, your contract is with Noverquis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company 17521667) at 37 Longfellow Way, London SE1 5TB. A charge from us may appear on your statement under the product's name.
Which terms apply
Each product has its own terms of service and refund policy. You agree to them when you sign up or buy, and they are the terms that govern your purchase:

Payments and cancelling
- Prices are shown on each product's site before you pay. They are final: Noverquis Ltd is not VAT-registered and adds no VAT.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the product's billing page.
- Your statutory rights, including the right to cancel a distance contract, are not affected by anything on this page or in the product terms.

Contact the product's support address, or us directly at contact@noverquis.com or 07933 848705 (09:00–17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday). Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: we can usually resolve it the same day.
